This place constantly changes the rules to suit them. The moment you don’t agree with them about something they suddenly know more than you do and the rules change. Don’t ask no questions because you will get accused of being rude or disrespectful. They will take your money when you leave early and still expect you to pay the full amount. When you leave on good terms they will accuse you of leaving on bad terms. These people can’t even get their stories straight so if you want to live here just watch your back! These people are very two faced and back stabbers. I paid my bill on time every

The owners let certain people get away with certain things. I won’t stay here again because they constantly change the rules or they don’t enforce all the rules for everyone. They keep your money when you leave on good terms when it clearly says in the terms and conditions you won’t get money back if you are asked to leave. They never asked me to leave. I chose to move out because of their actions now they have trashed my name so I have a hard time finding a place to rent

We really enjoy staying here. It's quiet. It has a play ground for kids to go play. Kind and caring people. The grounds are well kept up. The showers are beautiful. We have no complaints about this park...

Nice owner, Nice place, but doesn't allow units older than 10 years old. I think that's the next thing we need to get the cancel culture libs on, I've got 50k invested in my camper, older than 10 years.
