I bought these foundations thinking I finally found an alternative to temptu and they're super grey. I tried requesting for a refund, (I only tried two out of the 4 I bought) and they didn't get back to me. I finally reached them on Instagram two months later asking for a refund, and they respond with, "you can't return opened products, it's always been our policy". And then blocked me when I tried saying I had unopened product. Not only do I have unopened products, but their policy literally says "If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item withinÂ

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Its like pulling teeth to get a response from them. Whether it be though calling, texting or email. I bought a kit from them in August and ended up needing to return it. I called, texted and emailed repeatedly and they FINALLY got back to me after a month. They gave me a quick little email about how my emails were getting sent to their spam folder. Doesn't explain why they didnt answer my calls or texts though! So they explained to me how to send it back and that was that. I needed to ask them a few more questions though before I could send it and emailed them right
