They hire anyone with a pulse, sometimes without one. The overweight snob that constantly eats at her desk more than actually working didn't even finish high school. She has horrible people skills and even worse salesmanship. She acts as if people are beneath her. Plus she smells like b.o. Somebody needs to tell her to properly bathe and treat everyone like she would want to be treated. Millennials act like the world owes them something just for being born. I heard she steals too! She has long black hair and is 200lbs overweight. Can't miss her.

Things started out great and ended very poorly. We were easy targets for a slick sales person, lots of motivational conversation and an impressive tour.
However, we are now stuck with a lot of merchandise that is nothing close to what we thought we were getting.
We approved several items both in person and via email. Ultimately, we received items which had a different label, different color and had a much smaller profile. My guess is that these were done because they were cheaper to make than what we had approved.
Here is the switch...We were given finished samples. These samples were approved

First thing I have to say is the customer service is one of the best I dealt with. Being a native of Las Vegas it's hard to find a local company that is able to handle a large order and not mess it up. I was told my order would be done in three weeks and it was done early. When I went to pick it up I inspected everything and they did a great job. I will continue to bring my business to them and will refer my friends to Eagle Promotions. I am proud to say that this company is awesome.

Our products took 3 times the amount of time I was originally quoted. Not only did I have to contact them every time I wanted an update(even after being told I would hear back), once I got my products they were completely messed up. I sent an email detailing what I want, because I provided my own products they apparently can't do anything for THEIR mistake.

Worked with Eagle quite a bit at my last job. They are easy to work with and have basically every item a company could be looking for. Even when I didn't have exact examples/ samples to provide them my rep was still able to send a number of options in a timely manner. As far as apparel goes they are great and have a number of different custom design options like heat transfer and embroidery. I highly recommend them.
