This a long overdue positive experience review for Bob. We actually chose Bob over other agents last year in 2020 because Bob was a great listener and was genuine in wanting to meet our needs and expectations. Unfortunately the pandemic caused shutdowns and we had to hold off on the sale of our home. He had already gone through the trouble of taking pictures of our home, which came out amazing! We had to move for work and told Bob when things settle down we would be in touch.
The market surprisingly picked up and we reconnected with Bob. He ran current comps for us and explained his marketing
