We hired Phil and Nikki of Executive Realty to manage some rental properties for us. We had been doing it ourselves for years and needed to make a change for the last few years of our ownership plan. It worked very well for us. They took the pressure off for finding qualified applicants and dealing with inspections etc. Turn around time improved considerably and their marketing efforts for new tenants was significantly more than we were able to create ourselves.

A wonderful team of top notch professionals! Phil and Claire were wonderful and helped our family feel supported and cared for as tenants in one of their rental properties. We rented a place on Lake Harriet from Executive Realty, starting in August of 2020, and then liked Phil and his team so much that we decided to work with them as our real estate agents. They then helped us find our new home. We feel like they are friends now and we would highly recommend them to either renters or for people shopping for a new home. This is a review for Nikki, the Vice President of Operations. She has been so responsive even off hours whenever we had issues with our rental.
