Miracle Worker! I was having lower back pain for the first time (43 yrs old) and it was keeping me from running and other activities I enjoyed. Reluctantly, I agreed to orthotic inserts - what a difference! The pain is gone and I use them every chance I get. I never thought I'd say this, but I'll happily forgo the cute shoes for anything that allows for my inserts.
Update October 2020: I'm back for my second pair of orthotics. They've changed everything. Dr. Russack and his team are great.

I was taken back by the doctors initial comments.. "I wan to fix your neck and never see you again". Who in that field says that? His goal was NOT to keep me coming back in an attempt to extort money from me.
I thought OK, this is how people should be, lets give it a shot.
8 visits later; 2x a week for 4 weeks, I have not had neck pan since. The last time I saw him was late 2016. I am now living in Chicago land area and just wanted to take a second to say THANK YOU!

Been going to chiropractors for 35+ years between living in Atlanta and Chattanooga. Dr. Russak is absolutely fantastic. He gives excellent adjustments, nutritional advice, and overall health knowledge. He is all about putting himself out of business by making you healthy. Then the huge bonus was the bloodwork that he had me do. He uncovered some things that my regular physician had not caught. I was headed for trouble if those things hadn't been found.
