I've been lucky enough to have the opportunity to shadow multiple members of staff at this establishment such as Dr. Yono and Dr. Kashouty. If I had to pick one thing that impressed me the most during my time here, it's the dedication of the staff and providers to provide great service alongside great care to patients. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone, especially those who desire a supportive and caring environment.

My sister goes to this practice and we will be sticking with this office. Their staff are polite and Dr. Keener is attentive and practical. They are looking out for her best interest and the Dr. was very realistic on what we should expect as far as her seizures go. My sister is having a side affect of one of the medications she is on and within 30 mins of calling them about our concerns Dr. Keener reviewed and changed the dosage she is on. I'm thankful for their quickness to respond and help their patents. I know the wait to get into this office is long but it is so worth it.

Unable to get an appointment called on Friday spoke to the front desk who transferred me to a voice machine for a patient coordinator. Front desk said appointments are out in Nov and Dec for PA and Doctors Dec to Jan. Left a message for the patient coordinator it has now been almost 48 business hours. Called this morning placed on hold and unable to schedule an appointment again. Office seems to be unable to meet the demands for new patients.

I am very pleased with my experience at Premier Neurology, I have been seeing Dr. Yono for the past three years and I couldn't be happier. THE WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! Incompetent, disorganized, non-responsive, are just a few adjectives that come to mind when recalling my experiences with Premier Neurology and Dr. Yono's office. Honestly, I am considering suing this office for negligence and malpractice. I have had multiple absolutely awful experiences with this office, which have harmed my life, not to mention all of the time they have taken from me and my family. Shameful! This office should be out of business. Compared to my other doctors, who get 5 stars because they are compassionate, informative

*Update: Thier office has MOVED down to the 2nd Floor (as of 6/18 or earlier). I still stand by my original review and add that Dr. Yono is the nicest, and most down to earth Doctor I've ever been to and there's been a few. If your looking though review's to seek out a new Neurologist then honestly do not look any further!
