Services
Dr. Lisa M. Kotch received her education from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and Temple Dental School in Philadelphia. In October of 1990, Dr. Kotch opened her first dental practice in Hanover Township. In 2007, she moved her practice to its current location at 333 Wyoming Avenue in Kingston.
My 8-year-old daughter loves going to the dentist and asks me periodically when her next appointment is! I have been using Dr. Kotch for 8 years and asked when my daughter should begin seeing her. She told me when my daughter had about 20 teeth. I believe she was 3. Marci is our hygienist and she made my daughter very comfortable right from the start.
The foundation to healthy teeth and gums begins with our comprehensive hygiene program of bi-annual examinations. From there, the possibilities are developed into a tailored personal treatment plan based on your specific needs. Dr. Kotch provides a wide range of delicate enhancements, tooth restorations and more.
The foundation to our practice consists of prevention and patient knowledge. The ability for our patients to make informed decisions and maintain their dental health outside of our office is the result of on-going patient education. A large number of adult patients have never been taught the importance of correctly flossing and brushing teeth.
Our office is extremely committed to the privacy of your health information. We follow the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy Rule, the HIPAA Security Rule and the Patient Safety Rule. For more information on the privacy of your information, please contact our office or head to the Health Information Privacy page of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.

This woman supports q-anon and does not believe that people should have to wear a mask. As someone with a dental degree this is externally terrifying. I would hope her entire career she has worn a mask while working on patients but based on her Facebook posts, she doesn’t. This should be known and spread so her lack of concern for human life is removed from the dental Industry.

Please do not go here. The staff can be friendly, however she has a large sign promoting Infowars directly under the tv blasting Fox News. While undergoing chemotherapy for my cancer diagnosis, she constantly questioned why I would undergo chemo treatment and bone therapy. I agree with the other poster, she is a conspiracy theorist and should not be treating patients.

I'd give these people ZERO stars if I could.
Lisa Kotch is a person who thinks life does not happen. Even if you call to cancel an appointment. It's markes in the books as "broken" the staff was hit or miss rude and Lisa was just a passerby. If you want a permanent dentist and a nice experience... Do Not go here!

I will never in a million years step foot into this office ever again! My insurance changed so I needed a new dentist. I ended up going to Dr kotch. She filled some cavities and then about a week later I was still in pain. Called them and they told me what to do so I did it for about 3 weeks hoping the pain would go away. It never did. I called them again and they told me they wouldn't see me and there is nothing they can do for me. She laughed at me over the phone. I had to make an appointment with my old Dr who didn't take my insurance. They are uncaring and rude. Don't waste your time.

My son had a check up six months ago. Full set of xrays and cleaning. Was shown his xrays and told by Dr. Kotch personally that his teeth were fine and he had zero cavities. Fast forward four months and he needed a temporary spacer removed. She refused to do the procedure, and then informed us that we needed to make an appointment to repair the 11, yes 11 cavities that were found during his last visit. I was livid! I called another well known local dentist who told us to come to right to his office that day. He removed his spacer with a simple pair of pliers within two minutes.

Stay away from this office. I went here with my son a year ago and they refused to clean our teeth. He needed his wisdom teeth removed but refused to treat his cavities or clean his teeth. They told me to go to the LCCC dental clinic for my teeth cleaning. They said I had 12 cavities. 3 months later at the LCCC dental clinic they said I have 0 cavities. I told them what Dr. Kotch said and they rolled their eyes and said she's infamous for this. I choose a new dentist and they asked me who I had seen before and why I was switching and as soon as I said Dr. Kotch the receptionist said, "Oh, she's

I called to schedule an appointment due to a cavity that was found at my LCCC hygiene appointment. I went in today for them to evaluate the tooth(#4.) Doctor Kotch is refusing to fix it until I get my wisdom teeth extracted(my consultation with oral surgery is in 6 months.) I work in a dental office and this is the most absurd thing I've ever heard! I will not ever step foot in her office again

The first receptionist I spoke to last week was very rude and short with me when she called back to make my daughter's appointment. She scheduled me for Wednesday, telling me that they "basically only do Wednesdays". I called this morning (Tuesday), to reschedule as I wasn't able to make it for her appointment. The receptionist I spoke to today was very nice, but tells me that her appointment was today, Tuesday, and since I was cancelling such short notice, she would not be able to be seen by them at all, now or in the future. Office policy that I, as a new patient did not know about, and I *know
