Services
Kerry Chipman, owner of WaterWorks Express, joined the car wash industry in 1988 when he opened a Super Wash franchise in Orem, Utah. He worked hard to understand the mechanics and prided himself on all equipment running smoothly. With a coke in hand, he enjoyed getting to know regular customers and made many friends.

The new business name is SUDS DELUXE CAR WASH, I’m a car Dealr I usually come to wash my vehicles here, but today their machine broke my mirror, and when I have explained the issue to them they did not even apologized to us and they spoke rudely to us and they told us we should not brought a new vehicles to their car wash and we should have washed with our hands. After a while finally the manager came and what a surprise he was angry and he started shouting at us for and why he acted like that because I asked him when is the owner is coming. -5stars the machine chipped off paint from my car yesterday on 03/29/2021. went back to complain . I was told they don't take responsibility on cars older than 5 years old. what a lame excuse. I'm totally there are new owners !nd change of name and management. They should have changed their old equipment too

I like a good car wash as much as the next guy, but I'll be honest. It's just a chore on my "to-do" list and isn't something that I look forward to. But after my visit to Water Works, I may just change my mind.
They have decorated for Christmas, which is fun and festive. The folks that come around to help with payment or to welcome you in hand out candy canes. And once you're inside, the carwash itself gives you a brief light show-more than the traditional car wash lights. If you've got a kid, or you just want some entertainment for yourself, check it out!

I took my truck through this car wash. It was scratched by the foam fingers. I took pictures of the scratches and I called the attendant over and showed him. He said the manager wasn't there but he would take my number and have him call me. I never got a call. On 5 different occasions I called the car wash and left messages. I was never able to reach anyone about the damage to my truck.
Maverik has a partnership with this Carwash to sell washes to Maverik patrons. I hope they would reconsider this partnership.

Worst customer service ever from the owner of the company! Came out to my car and had an attitude right from the beginning for changing my mind on the monthly car wash. This man definitely shouldn't be running a business. After he left, the rep was the one to apologize for the owner bursting out like that. The rep even mentioned that he treats them the same way. I'm sorry but I would NOT do business with a man like that. I truly feel sorry for his employees.

Horrible car wash. I went through the car wash and it clearly broke my passenger side mirror off. I went in on a Sunday went through the car wash broke the mirror off I asked for the manager but he was at… church so his staff told me they would give him my information and he would call me. I waited four days and no call so I went back in and asked the manager what he thought since he did not call me and he said “he watched the video and watched the machine break it off but felt it was not the car washes fault” my car may be 10 years old but it is in pristine condition, it is

Brand New Truck purchased on 9/2/17 Went through your Cars wash on 9/26/17 got home and a noticed scratches across both sides and a gash in the passenger head light. ( I can provide picture if you like.) Please advise I know for a fact that there was no scratches prior to entering your car wash I have pictures of the Truck days prior to entering your car wash.

Fool me once... shame on you. Fool me twice? Do not use this car wash. Will damage and scratch your rims. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was a fluke that my rim was gouged, maybe a rock was lodged in a brush or something. Even after checking all other possible sources before going to them. They told me their car wash had never damaged a rim, then I later found out that they have multiple claims each month for damaged vehicles and the owner just got sick of paying the claims.
Nevertheless, I kept my monthly pass hoping it was a one time thing, and about 3 washes later

This car wash did a great job... Until I canceled my "fast pass" monthly charge, or thought I canceled it... Three months later they are still charging my card. When I bought the "fast pass"
I was told it was a it was for a month and that I could use the car wash as many times as I wanted in that one month span. I was not told it was a monthly auto charge. I was not told you have to give them a 7-day notice and have to be in person to cancel it, or was I told the price could be increased. None of that was mentioned, it's in the fine print on your receipt. Not a big deal
