These guys are life savers! Literally! I called after another company had come out to examine our heating unit. We had just bought the house so we had never used the heat. The other company told us the issue was the gas valve was off so they turned it back on. Of course that didn't fix the issue so we called Alan's. Alan and Josh came out and diagnosed the issue within ten minutes. It turns out the valve was off intentionally because it could have led to an explosion!!! Alan was professional, knowledgeable, and really shows concern. I can tell he really cares about the quality of his work and wants

I called Alan for a Spring service check on my two heat pumps after reading good reviews on Google. I'm glad I did!
Alan and Josh really know their stuff. While checking the two units, they quickly diagnosed an issue with one unit dripping water. Turns out the condensation drain line was incorrectly installed with two p-traps, thus preventing air/water flow and causing buildup in the pipe. The drain was just backed up so the condensation wasn't properly draining and just dripping under the unit instead. They removed a p-trap and added a blowout valve. Units are ready for Summer and we won't have
