I confirmed my appointment the day before. I interrupted my 2 yr old’s nap and pulled my daughter out of kindergarten early and drove 45 minutes so I could arrive at sms bookkeeping 10 minutes early only to find the door was locked and no one was in. We waited until our appointment time, tried the door again, knocked, then left. No one called to let us know they were running late, no one has called us since to apologize for not keeping our appointment. I’m upset of course but more than that I’m floored at the lack of professionalism and astounding disrespect.

Absolutely loved Sherryl! Very nice and full of personality. We did our taxes with her and she was very knowledgeable and helpful! She has late appointments and still had a very energetic mood. My wife and I felt very comfortable with her. She did not give us a bad vibe at all. Very reasonable prices as well. Definitely recommend her!
