Beau and thr other young gentleman were very polite. Communicated with us to make sure we were comfortable with what they were doing and understood what the steps were. They looked at what we needed and made it happen. We are very happy with all steps of the appointment setting, email confirmation, text and call confirmations and time notifications as well as the quickly completed repair. Will definitely recommend!!

I want to start out by saying that I'm very picky.
I was in need of an entirely new heating/ac system, Dapper outbid multiple other companies and much quicker response time.
Dapper did everything that I asked (which was a lot) and more, they did it in a very timely manner even bringing people in after hours to get my heat back ASAP. I am very happy with all of their work and all of their employeess.
I "HIGHLY" recommend Dapper and will share this with everyone I know.

I started my day with the sound of rushing water and wet floors. I ended my day with a fully repaired plumbing system and dry floors :). Dapper Plumbing was able to squeeze me in same day without any emergency fees like other plumbing service have quoted me in the past. Justin arrived when I was told he would. He assessed the situation, built a game plan, walked me through it and provided pricing within minutes of arrival. He immediately got to work and found the issue. He made the repairs and then made sure that my entire plumbing's system was back up and operational. Justin was professional

They came out and looked over our situation, but were unable to fix it due to not having the right equipment and their equipment that they did have not working for them. I would recommend them for a regular plumbing issue for their professional work ethic and very courteous manner. They were great with everything they were able to do for me.

Beware. Charged $900.00 for 1-1/2 visit to unplug drain and install garbage disposal. Our fault for not getting estimate but they were the first available.

Apparently my earlier comment had an error. After questioning my husband he did get an estimate which he signed thinking that was the going rate for plumbers. But he is 71 and trusting. Upon looking up plumbing costs in our area I find that Dapper Plumbing charged over twice the going rate. I see there is a review from another senior who had an even greater charge. I would think a reputable company would give senior discounts

I had a problem with one of the outdoor faucets on my home. The technician was able to diagnose the problem quickly and provided two different options for repair. Both were described in detail and estimates provided. I was thrilled to learn that all required materials needed for the repair were in the plumber's truck. There was no need to schedule a return visit once parts were ordered etc. Dapper did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Highly recommend Dapper Plumbing! Our well house pressure tank was spewing water at 6pm so we had to disconnect the power causing us to lose water to the house and shop. We called Dapper at 6:30pm, scheduled an appointment for 7am the next morning, water was back on by 8am and charged a minimal fee (I wanted to pay more). You can't beat a response time like that. James was super knowledgeable about the system and pleasant to interact with. We have had our share of negative experiences with plumbers so this was a refreshing change. We will absolutely call them the next time we need assistance

I am a 70 yo widow. My toilet blocked and I went online to find a plumber. DAPPER PLUMBING responded. They came over and fixed the problem which took about one hour. They charged me $1001.00 -yes, one thousand dollars. I did not realize that I signed for this amount. When I did realize I though Oh my goodness and called them. I believed they would do the right thing and ensure I would get a refund and charge me a reasonable amount. I spoke to one of the owner who, as an owner, could make this happen. The best they said they would do was
