I usually don't do reviews but I'm starting now. I bought a trane heat pump in June 2014. We had one that had a small leak. We had to have it filled once a year. I had moved my laundry room to the storage room and was planning to convert half the garage so we needed a bigger one anyway. The 2 stars are because they were fast and friendly.
We never discussed what was to happen to my old equipment. He told me the one I was buying was big enough to also heat and cool the new area and the one I was adding later. When I paid them I was over charged $100. (Which they sent back to me about a year later
