For 70 years, the Robert J. McNally Funeral Home, Inc. has been serving the communities of Clinton, Lancaster, Berlin, Bolton, Sterling & beyond. Founded by Robert J. McNally, Sr. and his wife, Gloria, in 1950, the funeral home is now in its third generation of family ownership. In 1976, their son, Robert J. McNally, Jr. became a licensed funeral director & embalmer, and joined the business, working alongside his father.
Staff members of McNally & Watson Funeral Home are caring and experienced professionals who understand that each family is unique and has personal requests and traditions. These requests and traditions are of utmost importance to our staff of licensed funeral directors. Bob is a 1976 graduate of New England Institute, and a 1973 graduate of Worcester State College.
Most of us are not prepared to plan and carry out a funeral ceremony for someone we love. I could not have asked for a more efficient and compassionate funeral home. My brother passed away in December 2019. It was the first time we had to prepare a funeral and my brother died so suddenly. We were in shock and so incredibly deep in pain that we didn’t even know what to do. One phone call to McNallys was all it took. They guided us with all the planning and were excellent on the day of the funeral and burial. After my brother was buried, they placed a small sign with my brother’ name and picture.
