Just had this company come out and repair my door it took them 5 sec and they charge me 110.00 because I had accidentally pull the emergency release cord when pulling my van in. I been in business for 22 years as a carpet cleaner and never treated my customers like this for a small job that didn’t take over 10 mins, never will change full service call prices, customer service has went down the drain. They act like I won’t have an accident again nor my neighbors.

I bought door openers a few months ago, and the had new garage doors installed yesterday. The people who installed both were amazing. Both knowledge and polite. The show up on time and cleanup is spotless. Harold came out and discussed the options and he was so knowledgeable about each option. The ladies in the office are super kind and courteous. They kept me up to date on delivery and installation. I can’t say anything bad at all. Fabulous work 👏

This is the second time I have had Superior Overhead Door in Broken Arrow perform work at my home. Their performance both times is 5 star from beginning to end. There price is fair and the service is fantastic. They fixed my issues both times and on this last visit went above and beyond to acquire a broken part that I had searched years for but could not find. Their customer service, mechanical skill/ability, integrity and desire to accomplish what you ask them to do is as good as I have ever experienced in my long life. I highly recommend Superior Overhead Door to anyone that has a need. 5 star

Superior Overhead Door came to "fix" my garage door. Multiple trips out = multiple times away from work. They converted our existing springs, charged us $400 and it still wasn't running properly. Came back to adjust it and we still weren't happy with it. Who can keep missing work to have someone "fix" what they fixed. We just stopped using the… garage door for quite sometime. I called them back to see if there was a warranty on the parts as we are experiencing the same issue....NOPE. I will not do future business with you and will spread my experience on your lack of work quality.
