I received an unsolicited letter from them stating I had been arrested and soliciting for their legal services. I have never been arrested. I called to ask why I received this letter and what their source of information for my supposed “arrest” was. With my name and address information, which was on their letter, they couldn’t give me the information. They wanted my birthday to supposedly look it up. I wasn’t about to give that to them. This place is a scam and over charge for the services. If you want to end up with a result you could have obtained yourself. Maria and Haydee are terrible and would not acknowledge any concerns. During the year I had retained this firm they changed my representation a total of 4 times and the information being given was not consistent. One of the attorneys would talk about herself and what she has done during time I was being billed for. Any time I brought up a concern Maria would just say they can just withdraw as my legal team if I'm that unhappy. This was after I owed them a lot of money

Not revealing my name due to privacy & safety. But let me advise you to NEVER trust this law firm. They take your money without providing an itemized receipt as to WHAT they are spending it on. They have the audacity to ask for more money without reason, and ALSO falsely claim you will receive your original retainer back once the case is closed. They have you completely in the dark throughout the whole process and always fail to return your phone calls. Unbelievable!!! My daughter met with an attorney on Thursday January 13, 2020 and was told that because her response was due she would need to pay extra. She paid $5,500 and because she heard from no one 5 days later (today) she called them! NO ONE EVEN LOOKED AT HER CASE!!! I want to report this office to the State Bar of Arizona. I’ve been a paralegal for over 30 years and have NEVER treated a paying client so poorly!! Malpractice to the worst degree!!

Despicable law firm. They send out form letters offering a free case review saying you have been arrested (or a family member) for a criminal act. Those letters also reference "public records", despite it being completely false. And, when you call asking about it, they can't pull up any concrete information, and tell you to call the courts. In my opinion, completely unethical practices.

If you live in Arizona you MUST READ HIS BOOK "BUSTED" it will educate you on Police and their tactics and the court system and how they will deal with YOU!
