Services
VCIT will monitor your network for activities and events that warrant proactive maintenance. This allows us to be informed about potential issues, schedule effectively and keep your down time to a minimum. This cost for this service is billed monthly in advance. In addition to monitoring and other monthly services, any and all activities performed by VCIT (on site and remote work) on behalf of a Customer shall be billed at an hourly rate.
