The panel is still generating electricity, but there is a communication issue on the monitoring side. This issue will typically correct itself within 1-2 days. However, if you notice a consistent problem with panels reading "NC" please let us know! Please note: At Everlight Solar, we are solar experts, not tax experts!

The process from beginning to end was quick and easy. Everlight matched my solar panels to my monthly average usage to size the solar to my needs. The installation included a new roof and the solar panels themselves. Thanks to Sam Scheffler for helping explain what was going on during the solar installation and how the solar panels would work going forward. I look forward to seeing how the solar performs once the city and utility finish inspections and installing the meter for the solar!

Due to a couple rescheduling days due to weather, we were thinking that because it was below zero wind chill today they would’ve rescheduled but at 6:55 AM one of the text came to the house to let us know he was there to get things started. They all looked like they were working hard out in the cold weather. They even shoveled the snow off the sidewalk that they trampled onto it. I promptly got my email that the installation was complete with a timeline of what to expect next. They have been very proactive with keeping us in the loop when going through the paperwork and the scheduling.

Crew was on time, worked safe, and were very friendly, polite, and considerate; except for the system-which looks great-and some tracks in the snow, you wouldn’t have known anyone was here. They cleaned up inside and out and left the work area just as they found it.

The installation process was professionally done. The electric to the house was off for a much shorter time then I had anticipated. The crew was friendly and efficient. The panels look great on the roof! They answered all my questions during the installation. They cleaned up after being in the attic and all around the house and deck. Awesome job!

The sales experience was the usual high pressure style. The people that did the leg work were very pleasant and helpful during the project. Jason and crew arrived earlier than expected and did the install. You'll have to trust the workmanship and guarantee when it comes to all the penetrations through the roofing system.
