My clothes washer shorted out mid cycle and kept tripping the GFI outlet in the wall. I reset the outlet and plugged another appliance in and the outlet worked so i assumed my washer was bad. I called probably 15 appliance repair places, explained what happened and was told they could squeeze me in in a week or 10 days. Bruce called me back and told me to try plugging the washer into a heavy duty extension cord and plug it into another outlet and seeing if the washer worked because he thought it sounded like the GFI outlet was weak. Well...he was right. Even though he did not service my washer

Bruce is awesome!! We have had him come out for a dishwasher and dryer. Bruce is punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. His prices are reasonable and he is my go-to guy for anything appliance related. I really appreciate the time he takes to figure out the problem as well as educate me on the machine he is working on. He is very honest, trustworthy and a hard worker. Note: he has an answering service so be patient if you are scheduling an appointment. I appreciate that he will call asap, even in off-hours, to make an appointment or let me know he has a part, etc. All around great service!
