Not professional at all! They will run through your trust money for way more phones calls or emails with you and less court time or actual work on your case. Looks like these good reviews were based on years ago or for attorneys who are no longer with the firm. Do your research before hiring.

Be careful they just take your money. They did not care about my case. My mother hired them and we changed our mind right away, no work was ever done on my case, but no refund for 2 months later and they kept $1000 per contract they automatically keep $1000. Very unprofessional. I've been waiting for a refund for months now. I hired at the end of April and ended up hiring another attorney in July because Caitlin wasn't fighting for us like she said she would. We got the impression that she was intimidated by opposing counsel. Caitlin never once talked to my son her "client" and now that we want a refund I'm given the runaround saying I'm not the "client" but I'm the one that paid and the one who signed the contract. I was told my son the so called client had to call to request the refund and he did but again we have yet to receive anything. It's the
