I called this company in September 2020 because I was having a pool installed and needed the irrigation cut and capped.
Tim Allen came out and took care of it right away, no issues, nice guy.
He told me that when the pool is almost done and there is still a hole around the pool to give him a call so that he can re-route the irrigation in their hole, rather than digging himself.
The pool company said that was common thing so when the time came they told me to give Sunshine a call. I did so, and Tim came out and said it's too soon - he doesn't want to lay his pipe down while the pool

Alex and his experienced Well person Steve installed a new submersible pump on my existing well. After about 2 months I experienced problems with water output. One call to Alex and Steve called to get information on the issues; a couple of days later Steve came by and diagnosed the problem to be a pump issue, covered under warranty. A couple of more days later Alex and Steve returned and replaced the pump(understand that 100' of pipe must be extracted to get to the pump!
There was no additional charge and Steve apologized for the inconvenience.

I've used Sunshine Irrigation several times over the past decade (or more). The owner always comes out and does the work sometimes with assistance, but he is always here working hands on. Irrigation is what he does as a business, he is not a landscaper that just plays with irrigation, he is the specialist. This means that when he fixes it, it is fixed. He makes sure that every corner is getting proper coverage and that the schedules are properly set before he leaves. He always does excellent work!

Alex arrived sometime before 9am and my daughter answered the door. Asking for me my daughter told him I was still in bed but he told her in a very gruff way to get me out of bed. I got up and went to the door and he immediately said to me "you shouldn't still be in bed at 9:00, I get up at 5:30. It's not good to sleep this late it isn't healthy. Then he proceeded to tell me that the reason my sprinklers did not come on is because the rain sensor will shut the sprinklers down when we have alot of rain, which we did the evening before.
