I had to replace my 30-year old forearm crutches and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get the exact same kind after all this time, but Simpson’s Pharmacy had exactly what I wanted, in stock, and I was soon on my way with a new set that was fitted for me in just a few minutes. Walking into Simpson’s was a little like stepping back in time, in that it wasn’t some big-box store, but a neighborhood pharmacy that seemed to have everything. The gentleman that helped me went about it with an ease like he’d been doing this forever and in a friendly, good natured and knowledgeable manner. Overall

Usually great service. I've been a customer for a long time, but I have some concerns lately. I waited one day at the register and one person asked if I was all set. I said yes and put my items on the counter and she walked away. I waited as they took care of other customers and walked by me. I was eventually taken care of, but have no idea why they didn't take care of me when they asked if I was ready.
Also, DON'T GO BY THE HOURS POSTED for holidays. THEY NO LONGER POST HOLIDAY HOURS. They assume every one knows them which left me without medication for over 24 hours. Update. Service has improved

This is the worst pharmacy ever.they treat certain people with no respect and degrade them by calling them drug addictics.and Lock the doors when they don't want to deal with you. I had to call the cops to let me in to ask a question about my meds.and Sheryl the pharmacist throw the meds at me and said find another place to go.she changed my script without notice. So basically they do what they want there and get away with it.I complained to the health department and still waiting for the results. She broke the law by changing a script on her own.

The best customer experience ever!! I am forever grateful for the personal attention and knowledge. Thank you to Mike and rest of team and yes was it busy and yes -- they were they juggling other customers - BUT I would have never received this kind of attention at any other pharmacy and of course not online.

I can not begin to express my gratitude to Simpson's Pharmacy for their compassionate, professional service and their vast experience and knowledge. They specialized compounding pharmacy which I use for compounded prescription medication for my cat. But more than that they make it affordable. They don't take advantage of your need for a specialized pharmacy for your pet. I paid three times as much at another place until Simpson's was recommended to me by the veterinarian's office.

Love this pharmacy. Family owned, incredibly nice and helpful. Found them by chance after my husband needed a prescription that no other pharmacy carried. The next week I transfered all of our prescriptions. Also, during times after surgeries, when I couldn't drive, they would deliver our prescriptions to us.
