We offer complete on-site auctions at the site where your items are located for business liquidation, farms, personal property and real estate. We take care of all the details. We evaluate the contents of the sale, and set up, advertise and clean-up the auction; we itemize the sale and return the proceeds to the appropriate seller.

Totally disappointed. We hired them to liquidate a business. Auction was September 2020 and writing this in December 2020 and still not paid. They left items that were sold and we have to pay to dispose of. The website shows items realized price but in reality the items didn't sell. False advertising to consumers. Do not return calls, respond to emails when inquiry to buyers so we can contact them about items left.

Dont use the online option. my wife and i were told it was a wonderful set. people could view everything and bid online. so we did this to keep the foot traffic down in the house. we had an oak dinning room suit, six chairs and hutch. table and chairs were never used. It went for $5.00. Please beware of the situation. If u do it, stay online and keep up with prices or put a reserve dollar amount on it if u can. Please b careful. We had an oak 5 piece bedroom suit queen size. It sold for $50. Marble tables we found the value to b $675. Sold for $55. we are sick. We had to liquidate to pay for our

Customers, beware! Several years ago I hired this auction house to liquidate my antique business as well as sell many personal antique pieces. Included in this was primitive furniture, 70 antique and vintage quilts, cupboards, jelly cabinet, rope beds, dressers, willow plates, antique china, and much more. My 43’ van trailer was also included. I was told that because my auction was large it would be broken up and sold in 2 separate auctions. I received a measly $1,200 for the first auction. Please don't make the same mistake I did.!!!..I moving out of state, and I contacted this place to see if they would be interested in selling a 6 piece king sized bedroom suite by King (with mattresses) and a 8 piece oak dining room suite with 6 cane back chairs and mirrored back hutch...when the they got there I asked if they would be interested in selling the MIkasa china set for 6 and another king size headboard and a bed frame still in the unopened box from Ashley furniture, and a small GE chest freezer...Scott said, "sure", we'll load it up

Be warned. The shipping company that they use is outrageously overpriced. I have no problem with the Auction Company but the "preferred shipper" is a reflection of their business when they partner with them.
I had a $10 item that UPS quoted me $22.00 to ship but their shipper called "The Mail Center" charged me over $88.00.
If you can buy live or pick up, they are great. If you have to ship, beware. Your $10 item could cost you $100.00 like me.
