Came to train at AcroSports on Wednesday night, 10/27, just to be yelled at for no reason.
The host, Mick, started yelling at me for not putting the mats away 5 mins before the Open Gym was up. As far as I'm concerned, I paid for 1h30mins of whatever I'd like to work on, not for a hostile environment and 1h55mins.
It has never happened with other hosts. Furthermore, he went on to claim that we had to put things away before 9pm because he had to catch a bus. I'm sorry but that's none of the guests' concern. Even worse, a few minutes after yelling at me across the room

What an awesome historic gym, with so much variety! It's always clean and lots of room. The Coaches are dedicated to their jobs and to their students. They offer something for all ages. Tumbling, conditioning, parkour circus arts and more. It's sad that they are closed due to the COVID pandemic but, great they are offering FREE online classes.
Coach Erin is amazing with her adult and youth hula hoop classes. Last weeks youth gymnastic stretch class was a success with over 68 youngsters attending. What a great way to reach out to all those kids that are missing Acrosports. Can&apos

My partner took a "beginner" parkour class here and was badly injured. The coaching was rushed and she said the class was intense for a "beginner" class. During class, she dislocated her ankle badly enough to go to the ER. The staff offered us crutches and ice packs which were helpful, and a woman who seemed to be the owner said she would help with any medical costs. After repeated attempts to reach her, she stopped responding to our emails. Pretty lame. It's a shame we had such a horrible experience here, because they offer a lot of classes and are conveniently located.

This was our 2nd year in a row for a birthday party for one of the kiddos... He loved it at 5 & definitely loved it at again at 6 years old... We've never done classes so can't speak to anything other than how much fun (and how easy it is!) for kid's parties... Basically: show up (early so can start on time) - play hard (zipline yes!) - eat pizza & cake - and walk out - no clean up needed - it's all done for you! Thanks AcroSports for another great party... Here's hoping he doesn't grow out of his Acro love by next year!

You are whom you surround yourself with. that in mind, this space provides coaching, challenge, and a great balance between team mindset and individual focus on improvement. also creative labs (parkour, breakdancing aerialist circus contortion yoga etc)
also this review pertains to adult classes/open gym.

The gym is great. There sign up policy is narrow minded. They have an early registration period of one week allowing the most recent school participants and their siblings to register for classes before anyone else. We found that time slots that would allow us to attend the school get taken up before we have an opportunity to register. Perhaps they could just make it a first come first serve registration and do away with priority registration. We were customers of this organization and would like to be again. If we don't have equal opportunity to sign up for classes then that is unlikely

This gym has stolen my money one time too many. I will not be going back ever.
What happens if you buy an expensive package but the classes are all full? They will expire, and the only way to get your money back is to... buy more passes.
What happens if you get injured and can't train? Too bad! No extensions. If you want an extension... they'll tell you to buy more passes.
It's a scam. You buy passes, but then they expire and they make you spend more money as the only way not to lose your money. But then the same thing happens. Screw the people who run this gym. Go to another

I came for a stretching class with Makenzie, but I would say it was more a two hour free stretch period than a class. There was very little instruction/direction as to what stretches to do; at one point, I was told that I could do whatever I needed to do stretch -- I could also do that for free at home. The instructors were also not focused on the class, and were chatting about, which is fine but at points it just seemed we were a bunch of people sitting around chatting about our lives. Probably won't be taking this particular class again, but I would like to try some others at AcroSports

If you're thinking about buying their adult class packs, don't ! They offer very limited aerial class for evenings and weekends, and the classes I am interested in are full from May to July (after July the schedule hasn't come out yet). If they only have such a limited classes with limited spots, why would they over sell their passes and screw their clients?? I recommend go to the other gym next door, they are equally expensive but at least at the other one has classes you can get yourself a spot in.

Don't trust Acrosports with your credit card information or private data. They allowed someone who wasn't me, who didn't have access to my login information, to call them and access my account and process a $380 payment on my credit card without my authorization. They reversed the charge, but did not apologize for the complete violation of my account or indicate any planned changes to their policies. They instead asked me for the contact information of the person who had called them -- yeah, that's right, they didn't save it and had no idea who they had allowed to access

I decided to come back to this gym for Beginner Trampoline and it was fun. We did a stretch warmup for a half hour that was stretched out for me. I did enjoy trampoline, but some of the moves are difficult. I would come back with ClassPass. This is more fun than other exercises I have done. The staff are cool.

I've always wanted to check this place out as it is eerie from the outside. There are three levels. Harder to find parking on the street but not impossible.
My son had fun with a class and you don't just stay in one room for the activity, you move around to different floors.
The floor is definitely dirty.

Not good at communicating the fact that the first 3 pack expires if you don't use them after the first month.
I'm very good at finding out the regulations of whatever I spend my money on. I bought the 3 pack when at the front desk. No one communicated to me that they would expire after a month.
This practice of having packages expire is predatory as well. It is not good business. I do not recommend this place.

This review is for the toddler play group (though I also love the overall offerings and space of AcroSports!).
On a friend's rec, I took my 13-month-old to AcroSports for the toddler free play hour and she loooooved it. It's an active toddler's (and parent's) dream space since there's so much to explore that's toddler-sized and all safe! Giant trampoline, ramps, tunnels, balls, slide, beams, ladders, etc. It was also nice getting to meet some of the other families who were there, though there's no forced programming, so everyone got to do what they wanted. What a wonderful place to let your kiddo burn off some energy and socialize! The prices for toddler free play is only $5 (with membership) or $10 for drop in. So much more affordable than most places like this. The instructors are wonderful and friendly, but the rest of the staff upstairs in the office are so RUDE!!
The lady at the front desk, Kim, makes me want to cry or scream every time I go to check in. She seems stressed out to the point of exploding every time I see her. Maybe she just needs a vacation or a lesson about being polite to customers who just want to quickly sign in and give

I used to spend time here with the kids for birthday parties and classes when they were young, 4 and 5 years old. Recently my son wanted an "America Ninja Warrior" birthday party for his 8th year birthday party. I called and spoke with Patti who was very helpful and excited about creating an appropriate obstacle course for the party.
She created the course which incorporated most if not all of the elements in the room including zip-line, trampoline, foam pit, balance beam, climbing wall, trapeze of course, somersault ramps and lastly a climbing rope.
I first saw the course and

This is a fantastic place to have a birthday party for a 4 or 5 year old. I've been to one such birthday party here and hosted another, and in each case the experience was amazing. A party will typically have two parts. First there will be 75 minutes or so during which the kids are allowed to use some of the equipment in the gymnasium. Then you all head upstairs to a back room for cake and snacks. They handle both parts well.
The party I threw had about 25 children at it, ages 3 to 6. It seemed to me that all of them had a good time. Children of every aged like the little "loop" that is set up
