A friend went to Luna for a cut and the cut was completely BOTCHED. When Luna was told, she argued and argued and ultimately refused to refund her unhappy client, who then went to Salon Nouveau and loved loved loved the outcome & the customer service there. Luna then BLOCKED MY FRIEND so she didn’t have to deal with the repercussions of her actions. Absolutely atrocious business practice and you should all be ashamed of yourselves for allowed this to transpire. Just gross!!! PS all of Long Island is talking about this in the long

I am glad I met Luna. I don’t go to any hair stylist but her right now. I really love how she styles and colors my hair. I get a lot of compliments asking who does my hair and of course, only Luna!

My kids and I have been to this salon many times over the last 2 years after a recommendation in a Facebook group. Kim cuts my son's long curly hair and is basically a miracle worker, I wouldn't take him anywhere else. Luna cuts my hair and my daughter's hair, both very long and thick and she does an amazing job. I've also had magic sleek and deep conditioning treatments by Luna.
Every single staff member here is incredibly nice and personable, I had never enjoyed salon visits before we started coming here. I've even heard my daughter telling her friends to get their hair done at Anthony Peters

Luna is absolutely amazing and extremely talented! Would recommend her in a heart beat! My daughter is shining bright like a diamond and all Ready for her Prom! Thank you, thank you, thank you Luna! Can wait to come and see you next week so you can use your magic for my hair!

My daughter went in for a color correction with Kim due to a bad having a bad experience at a different salon. I can’t say enough great things about Kim and her business. She made my daughter look beautiful and like herself again. She is very personable and is an amazing stylist. I would highly recommend her and her salon

I just got highlights. Keratin treatment and a cut for the first time at this salon with Luna and it came out fabulous. I got so many compliments!!! The salon also offered a 20% discount for essential workers! Luna was very professional, quick, knowledgeable, and personable and I will definitely return.

Been going to Kim and Marae for 25 plus years you cannot ask for a better hairdresser or friends and anyone that thinks differently is an idiot . There staff is amazing and I traveled from Florida just to see her . Loyalty runs deep some people need to learn the definition love you to pieces Kim xoxox
