I was coming to town for a funeral. I booked a non-smoking room, checked in and went to my room. Walked in and back out, the room clearly had been smoked in multiple times. Went back to the front desk to request another room. I have asthma and explained this to the manager at the front desk. They were booked to capacity and they didn't have another room to move me to. I called Expedia immediately they called the hotel the hotel said they would not charge me a cancellation fee because they had no other rooms to move me to. However - they still won't refund the $251.67 they charged me for a two night

Booked online and paid. When I arrived at the hotel (at a very reasonable hour, 9:30 PM I might add) the door was locked despite the bright neon open sign. I called three times, rang the bell, banged on the door and waited about fifteen minutes. No one appeared. Avoid!

Didn't actually stay here, as we wanted to the night before Election Day but I made the mistake of showing up right at 11:00pm without a reservation that we couldn't make all day because of poor cell service in eastern Utah/western Colorado. The neon "Open" sign was lit in the window but as we walked in the gentleman said "I'm closed." Dumbfounded, I asked, "closed?" And he said "Yes, it's 11:00, I'm going home." After an exhausting day doing an 11 mile hike in Canyonlands then driving four hours down hairpin curves and through open cattle ranges, that's not the response I was looking for. I understand

This is an OK place. Beds aren't very comfortable, but not terrible. The sink only put out hot or warm water-- even when you turned it all the way to the right (and yes, we also tried turning to the left too). We had a first floor room and the first day we opened the window during the day only to find out it was NOISY!! A lot of semi-trucks and other traffic noise making it nearly impossible to work. We turned on the AC on our second day-- only to have our entire room stink of cigarette smoke (which makes me nauseous). Called the front office twice, but no one answered (just before 10:30 pm). The

Very friendly staff. A great secure location. The rooms could use a little bit of a update but for the most part I recommend it if you're smart about where you spend your money.

I'd rate it worse but there's no more stars. First they rate was not $98, it was $145, they said it's the summer rate around there. It was late so we took it, bathroom small & not clean, spots on wall and floor looked like blood, grease finger prints on and around every light switch and door handle, heater vents never cleaned, good thing it was summer didn't have to use the heater. Air conditioner very loud, no hangers. TV plugged into an extension cord that did not have a ground, so the ground pin out in the open. The electrical outlet for the bed light and clock was over the headrest, cords on

My husband missed a prior hotel in another town we had booked at & were out of choices and exhausted as he came into this town. No other hotel had vacancies or answered their phones, but luckily we got one of the last rooms in the area here. Although definitely not a higher end hotel, the front desk man was AWESOME, even staying past hours on his own time to make sure my husband got a place to sleep for the night. We can't thank him enough for being kind during an emotional time!!!

VERY DIRTY ROOM WITH FLIES CRAWLING EVERYWHERE!
1) Was given a SMOKING ROOM despite booking a non-smoking room and explicitly stating that in the booking. Per motel staff, no other rooms were available there. Also, no rooms were available in the towns and nearby towns that day due to the Labor Day weekend. So we had no other choice as it was already 11 pm and we were extremely tired from driving.
2) The room was HORRIBLE. Smoke was unbearable, it penetrated everything in the room, and later on our clothes in the suitcases as well. Moreover, the room was EXTREMELY DIRTY, many flies were crawling

Pleasantly surprised. Small motel, and the least expensive, but it seems to have been recently updated. It has beautiful wood-like floors. The beds are comfortable, the room is nicely decorated with plenty of light, and it smells SO GOOD. It smells like fresh cut wood, very fresh smelling.
Customer service is very good. I highly recommend.
