Meri Benoit Link joined the Malone Law office in 2006. Meri began her civil litigation career representing corporate clients in complex business matters, but then became specialized as a defense attorney representing physicians, nurses, hospitals, and nursing homes in professional negligence claims.
Representing compensatory damages to a 23-year-old student who suffered catastrophic traumatic brain injuries as the result of a road wreck involving two commercial truck drivers on a two-lane highway in San Jose, California. The award provided compensation for $35.6 million in economic damages, which included past and future medical expenses and lost wages, as well as $13.5 million for pain and suffering.
