Don't hire Lou SimonettI! He is like a liar. Doing everything trying to get more retainers. He even make false timesheet, for example, a meeting was only 1 hour, he marked it as 1 hr 40minutes. Very very horrible service. When I raised my questions, he just ignore, no explanation, no response.

When it comes to Matrimonial law Simonetti and Associates is your place to go. Their wealth of knowledge is extremely impressive, always there when you need them, and on top they also understand the emotional position your in. In fact, I can personally attest to Lou Simonetti trying to get couples back together, which would result in their firm losing a client!! That said, having a firm that understands the emotional side, legal side and works for your best interests with incredible connections and expertise is a rare find.

Lou Simonetti and everyone at the firm are great. I had a complicated child custody and support case, that involved Family, Supreme, and Landlord Tenant Court. Two years after my initial petition, I was back in Family Court. Charlotte Betts represented me both times and was outstanding. She is very professional and responsive.
