My old furnace died on a Friday night, the coldest night of the year recently. Windchills of 35 below zero. They came out but couldn’t fix the broken part but graciously loaned me two space heaters. Come Monday they immediately came out and helped me pick out a new furnace. It was installed the same day. Excellent service and everyone is very professional and friendly.

Do they service what they sell? Too soon to tell? I've been waiting THREE WEEKS for them to fix my central air! I was told to wait by my phone (indefinitely?) in case they were able to get to me. Gave them my home and cell number. Crickets. If this is the kind of service you expect from someone you are going to spend thousands with, then by all means, go ahead.
