This family owned business started from their home, using their garage to manufacture a variety of signs and evolved over time to the national recognition the company receives today.

I have done at 3 orders with this company. For the most part, the product has been good and what I expected. They even did some special requests.
On our last order, the customer service was hostile toward me from the moment I began working with the service manager. (the flag holders were oriented differently than the previous 2 orders). I bought the signs with zero discount because the quality of past orders was good.
They never fixed the flag holders that were placed on the wrong side. After threats of calling the credit card company they sent me new PVC holders and said I had to rebuild the

This company is lacking in the customer service department. I called a few different sign places to order a sign and needed it ASAP. This company said if you order on a Monday I will receive by Friday. This was not the case and they later told me they never said that. I received the sign the following Wednesday which is fine I understand things happen and that is a pretty quick turn around time with shipping.
