I am so happy with the service from Arrow Upholstery. Scott brought everything to my house where I could see what went with my other furniture. He was also very easy to work with. I was told it would be four weeks and it was. They came picked up my sofa and returned it all within the the timeline I was given. I highly recommend them if you need to have furniture upholstered.

The cushions DO NOT fit & we were NOT provided a wide selection of fabric choices! Either the back cushion is too high or the lower cushion extends too far out depending on which cushion is pushed in! I informed Scott at the time of delivery that they did not fit & Scott stated “they will settle in with time” well Scott, could you please define time? 10 years?? Needless to say, we will never use this company again nor will we ever be able to recommend this company to anyone! Poor Poor workmanship!

I had two Early MCM chairs from Grandmother's house. Badly stained and tattered in a tornado many years ago, the construction quality was still incomparable .
I selected a beautiful, higher quality fabric from Arrow's inventory and entrusted them with the task of marrying Grandmother's Old with My New-ish. HOT DIGGITY DOG!!! ARROW UPHOLSTERY KILLED IT!!!
The respect for original details, the care and skill put into their work exceeded my expectations. The chairs are gorgeous, comfortable. The fabric is soft, yet sturdy and easy to clean. The legs are the vintage spice to the clean contemporary

Wow! We are so impressed with our rocker/recliners & ottomans that are back in our den. We are so pleased with the workmanship and quality of fabric. Scott was so helpful & made me feel comfortable with my choice of fabric. All were restuffed for a whole new look & comfort. The cost was slightly less than new & slightly late on expected time frame for return but well worth the one week delay. LOVE Arrow Upholstery!
