The most unorganized company I have dealt with! They also don’t come to your home when they are supposed to! Donna is the rudest person I have ever talked with on the telephone! She is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with! She will lie to your face! Don’t bring your loved ones here especially if they are dying!

If I could give a zero I would! I have worked for them less than six months and they are the most unorganized company! The absolute rudest employers ever! They disrespect, degrade, and embarrass their employees! They don't follow procedures at all! They don't train their employees properly about the job they will be taking on! Do Not Work for them! You will regret the decision and that's coming from a 14 yr CNA with excellent references!

Please, please, please select a different agency. When a nurse makes a mistake that causes damage, my experience is that this company does not accept responsibility for the nurse's mistake. They will try to excuse and seek all possible excuses that "might have" contributed to the problem instead of the obvious - which was their mistake.
If you do go with this company, I suggest that you consult with a lawyer first so that you are protected against ProCare's negligence.
