The entire staff at Michael's Homes is friendly, easy to work with, and very helpful. When we needed our home renovated, Michael was extremely helpful and patiently answered all ofour questions every step of the way. The transformation was incredible, and Michaels Homes made the process so much easier and enjoyable than we ever thought it could be.

Spoke with a Michael's Homes representative at the Builders' Show in Marquette several months ago about replacing our front porch. On March 14th Michael came to our house to talk to us about our plans. We felt that he understood what we wanted and looked forward to getting an estimate in a week or so. Three months and a few e-mails later we have neither an estimate nor a response to our emails. We understand this may have been a smaller project than what Michael normally takes on but he could have afforded us the common courtesy of a phone call letting us know he wasn't interested
