Services
Tarrant Dermatology Consultants was founded in 1987 by Board Certified Dermatologist, Dr. D. Scott Miller. The expansion of our practice welcomed Dr. Boris Ioffe (specializing in general and surgical dermatology) and Certified Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) including Chandler Thibodaux, Laura White, Lauren Harr, and Sonya Tanna.
Tarrant Dermatology is proud to offer the best products available on the market. After meticulous research and a thorough review of multiple product lines, our physicians decided to offer ZO Skin Health and ZO Medical by Dr. Zein Obagi, EltaMD Sun Care, and Sunforgettables by Colorescience. We care about the products our patients use, as well as which products we use on our own skin.

Scheduled an appointment with a specific provider weeks ago. Then their text reminder a few days before the appointment states I am seeing a different provider. I called to clarify, I specifically asked for this provider since she was who was recommended. I was told sorry I did not make this appointment and the provider I requested is not back until later in the week. So when they try to reschedule me with the provider I originally asked for it is for over a month away. So good thing I already took the day off work. This practice will suffer from the lack of quality answering the phones. I see

My 84 year old father was there early for his 3:30 appointment, they finally called his name about 4:35 just too tell him they could not see him today because he answered yes too the question of has he tested positive for covid-19. He tested positive in June but had no symptoms other then loss of taste and smell which has since returned. He has since tested negative but they didn't bother to even ask. I am making it my mission to find another PA-C for him. Sorry way to do business.

I attempted to schedule an appointment with the office and the scheduling receptionist was rude and attempted to rush me through the process and stated that their office was closing in a few minutes, she then left me on hold for an extended amount of time, I'm guessing so that I'd hang up. I ultimately decided not to schedule an appointment. First impressions are important!

The young woman who examined me for a scheduled bi-annual visit did a very thorough job, asking appropriate questions about abnormalities she noticed on my skin. She conducted the exam with complete professionalism and attention to the smallest details. I would definitely recommend her and will return to Tarrant Derm for any dermatological issues I might have. No fifth star because of a bit of a lengthy wait to get in for the exam.

I've been going here for 9 years and have had wonderful and professional experiences every time. They are very thorough in their skin checks and make me feel comfortable. I have had a few biopsies done by Dr. Ioffe and Laura White. I also trust the way Laura does medical aesthetics and love getting Dysport from her. They have a great line of skincare that I use daily.

This office is the most difficult doctor's office I have ever been to when it comes to getting receipts! Every visit I inform them that I need a detailed receipt for my flex account documentation. Everytime they tell me they cannot give me one until later. Twice they agreed to email. Once they made me go back to their office. This last time my husband went and reminded them. They assured him that they always mail a receipt, we have never in 3 years received a mailed receipt. It has been a month and nothing so my husband called today. He would have to sign another document allowing them to mail

I finally called and talked to the front desk they said they would give me the supervisor over assistants instead Alyssa answered

Horrible experience this morning with the NEW PATIENT INTAKE person. She refused to schedule an appointment without previous records or attempt to obtain them herself like every other doctor I've ever visited. Old records have zero to do with new appointment. Could not have been more abrupt or rude.
If this is how they treat NEW patients, God help existing ones...

If I could give this office 'zero' stars, I would. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. My husband was diagnosed in their office with a squamous cell carcinoma. We paid cash since they do not take our insurance, but decided to get his treatment at a different office that does accept our insurance. They WILL NOT release his records. We have been in person, called multiple times on the phone, and they keep giving us different excuses each time. Their system is down. They can't print. The blonde receptionist rudely tolde me, "We legally have up to 30 days to give you your
