I definitely would not recommend this company . I had thought about taking them to small claims court. Our experience with this company was beyond bad. They came to my house 5 times. I had to call after each visit to beg them to come out again because my ac still wasn't working. They not only did not fix it but rigged it. Overcharged the system and was burning up my compressor. Told me to go elsewhere when i called again calling them out on wanting to charge me again for part number 5 to be installed. I found a new company that knows how to fix air conditioners. Difference was unbelievable. First

These guys are GREAT! They came out in the morning of the day we called. Very experienced and professional - spotted the exact problem, went and got the right part and WOW! the furnace was up and running again. All for a surprisingly reasonable cost!! Showed up same day I called. Very prompt, courteous, and did not try to sell me anything other than what needed fixed. Rates were lower than 3 other companies I contacted as well and were very reasonable. AC is running great now and only took 30 minutes of my time to meet with service man. Five Stars - Highly Recommend!

In November of 2012, my furnace started making a strange noise. After several recommendations and hearing good things, I decided to call Tri Star Heating and Cooling. They listen to my concerns, were very understanding and came to my home promptly. After doing an in depth inspection of my furnace. They walked me through their concerns and educated me. We came to a conclusion together a new furnace was in order. They understood my budget concerns and gave me multiple options to help me make the right choice for my home. Once my wife and I made a choice they were prompt on getting the new system

These people are great. Heat went out when it was 10 degrees outside, called them at 8:30am and they had someone at my house at 10:00am. The guy they sent was very nice, only sold me what needed to be fixed (not a whole unit) and my heat was working again by 10:45am. Great price too! Will definitely recommend to a friend.
