Through a series of conversations, The Moment By Casey gets to know you as a couple, dives in to your vision and creates an atmosphere that perfectly captures who you are. Your guests will be talking about your wedding for years to come.
If you are feeling overwhelmed and need some assistance with wedding timelines, vendor contracts, budget analysis or overall design of your wedding, I am here to assist in any way possible. Hourly consulting is available at $75.00 an hour. This package includes planning and coordinating the rehearsal dinner.

Casey was phenomenal to work with! From day 1 where we began planning everything out, to executing the final day, everything was perfect! She is detailed, prompt and so fun to work with :). She helped me get so much done between researching vendors, planning our timeline and even getting discounted rooms for our out of town guests! Casey is great to work with! I work with a lot of wedding planners being in the catering business and Casey is defiantly one of the best. You can tell she has a passion for what she does and she gives it her all. She also has such a sweet, encouraging attitude that is just what a bride needs! My wedding was an engagement party/surprise wedding. She took care of every detail! Casey is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure the day was smooth and perfect. She packed my decor for me and it was organized back in my boxes, which made it so easy for me to go through after the fact. She was always there to listen if you had concerns or anything that may of came up. She was so kind and continued to ask through the night if we needed anything at all. She helped with placement of my decorations and arch decor, which was flawless. I would recommend her services to anyone. Well worth the extra money to have someone make your day STRESS free.

Planning a wedding is hard - planning a wedding during Covid is even harder! Casey was there for me when I needed her at whatever time of day it was. She brought me comfort in my day’s of stress and assured me everything I had envisioned would come to life & it sure did!
