Services
Dr. Slater Murphy received a degree in Exercise Science from The University of Iowa in 2016. He is a 4th generation Chiropractor and a 2019 graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic. In addition to traditional Chiropractic techniques, Dr. Slater applies an emerging and innovative neurological application, Network Spinal.
Through a variety of techniques applications, Doctors of Chiropractic or DC's examine the spine as the main impactor of health and well-being. Chiropractic identifies dysfunction in the spine as evidence of distortion of the spinal cord it contains. Subluxations of the neurospinal junction diminish proper function.
Dustin Murphy is the licensed massage therapist practicing at Murphy Chiropractic. He received his massage training at Capri College in Davenport in the summer of 2020. He is very passionate about therapeutic massage, natural healing and the well-being of the community. In addition to massage training, he also attended the University of Iowa to study individual and community health.

I saw Dr. Slater and had an amazing response. My attitude day to day has been so much better and I am able to adapt to situations more easily! I love Network care and highly recommend to anyone with a spine!! It also has helped my back feel better. All around wonderful care, super gentle and low force for anyone nervous about “cracking” :)
