So when I went everyone was very nice. I ask for manicure and pedicure. I wanted just paint on my toes and gel on my hands. They ask what I want I say gel, they cut my nails and but on acrylics. Was frustrated but was fine. Showed him the inspiration picture (the orange nails). He started to paint my nails the pink color I said wait no that not what I want, I want orange. Repeated myself 3 times and he keep insisting that those were the same colors. Then he put orange glitter with my pink nails, so they don’t even match remotely close. The cacti I have on my nails look like sticks and not cacti

Hated it, when I came in to get a full set of acrylic nails, they all came out either crooked or differently shaped, my fingers are not crooked by the way. The man that did them was completely rushed for no reason and did a horrible job

Terrible! Paid $45 for a deluxe pedicure and it was nothing like they advertised. Massage was fair at best. The marine mask consisted of a warm towel on my legs for 1 minute. When I tried to complain, the gentleman gave me a list of their offered services and walked away. Someone else ended up finishing the job. I WONT be back.

Literally horrible. What should have been an hour long pedicure was a rushed, 20 min max pedicure. I have never complained with them, I've felt before like I WAY overpayed and keep giving them another chance. I'm done with them this time. There may be some decent techs in the salon, but I'm seriously having a hard time finding one. either I am horribly unlucky or else their service needs MAJOR improvement.

This nail salon is very CLEAN and new! The technician did a wonderful job on my nails and toes opposed to the salon down the street. If your ever needing a nail salon in Madisonville this is your place! I travel for work and was highly impressed with this nail salon!

I go at least once a month to get my nails or toes done here. Never any issues. Walk ins welcome and I've never waited more than 30-45 minutes and that's only been dieting prom season. Friendly and usually quick!

They did a terrible job on my nails charged too much and made them worse when I went back a second time to get them fixed. I will be going back a third time to get a refund and I will not be returning.
