Place has potential, if your car can make it through the land mines in the poorly maintained parking lot. When you enter you’re greeted by smears of streaky matter all over the dirty floors. Trampolines are decent when not broken or hazardous. Try to hold your bathroom needs as there is typically fecal matter and urine all over the bathrooms.

This place false advertise for New Years Eve!!! As they would have you buy in advance holiday tickets an me having my four kids and there friends with them purchased over $200 in tickets . They advertised 8 pm to 11pm we got there at 845 pm to find out that they decided to close there doors at 10 pm. They did offer a hour credit for another day but the whole was for my kids an their friends to enjoy a holding filled with fun. But they made a choice to close early so they could get their night started early but then want to advertise their New Year tickets on the website as a set time frame. The

I came in at 6:58 to jump with some friend for the last hour of them being open at the front desk before 7 pm we got told by the guy at the desk that they were not selling tickets for the last hour they are open. All of there staff were sitting on there phones. Will never even try to come back here.

This place was cool, especially for kids to get their energy out. I noticed two workers out but not sure what their role was as they didn't really move and were on their phone.
The bathroom looked like it hadn't been serviced in a while. Floors were dirty and half the stalls didnt have toilet paper - just had a rundown look.
Another thing to note is that you need to buy their socks in order to jump. So for 2 adults and 1 child plus 3 pairs of socks was $60 for 1 hour.

Xtreme Trampoline in Mundelein is not enforcing the IL mask mandate. None of the staff at the front counter were wearing masks. They either had them on their chin, only on their mouth, or around their neck. Several had no mask on their person at all.
Many adults on premise were also not wearing masks. When asked about their mask policy, the employee said they enforced it. The employee speaking to me was not wearing a mask at the time he told me they would enforce the policy. When I pointed out he wasn't even wearing a mask, he said he was. This place is run by kids in high school what a fun place to be all the workers here are amazing they listen to what i have to say they played around with my kids and i will come back everyday. Even though the place is run by high schoolers, they show initiative to get things done and clean, any task given to them gets accomplished fast and efficiently.

Many of the features not up or working, no concessions, arcade ticket redemption. No rules or protocol enforced as workers sit on attractions and are on their phones. My son stubbed is toe on a ground outlet ripping part of his toe open and they didn't have any first aide items. Wish I would have looked at reviews before purchasing tickets.

Wonderful place to visit with kids and family. They follow all safety measures and the entire area looks clean and smells good. Kids are very happy and there are trampolines even for the small ones. Their service is good too, staff is friendly and polite. The amenities for the party are very comfortable and convenient for the events. Well, there is nothing else to say about this place but only something good. Highly recommend.

This place has lots of options for kids and adults. It includes jumpy houses, trampolines, arcade games, etc. Sign the waiver form on one of the three computers outside the main zone. The pizzas come from Papa John's if you are hosting a birthday party. Since this is the only business in the strip mall, there's plenty of parking available.

Great place for kids to play and clean but customer service sucks . Let me state the reasons :
1. We were promised 10% discount at the time of booking a birthday party , but on the day of party they refused to honor it , stating there are no notes in the system . When I talked with the on duty manager , she also refused blatantly. The owner of the location got on the phone and offered 5% discount . At this point it was not worth arguing and I paid the whole amount
2. The service of the party host was quite poor , she was not there with us for over 50% of the party, left before the stipulated

When we went to purchase our tickets the lady who rang me up said my credit card was declined. Strange as to why it would be declined so I gave her another card. She said that too was declined. Then she told me they were having problems with their system and it was probably an issue on their end. I ended up paying cash... a few days later I discovered the admission charge did go through on my credit card. I immediately called to get this resolved but the manager was not in to fix the problem. She was to call me the next day which she never did. Or the next day. So I called again. I got the same

Pretty clean place. A bit overpriced in my opinion. Best time to come in is before noon on Saturdays. They have an arcade. Not enough place for parents to hang out during peak times. The cafe area has an expensive coffee machine which can make an expresso. I cannot understand why they invest in a $10k coffee machine yet have no half and half and other alternatives, they have a cheap powdered creamer instead.

This is a horrible place! The trampolines are very filthy and the customer service is beyond ridiculous. A supervisor, identified as Adam, has beyond horrible customer service and made my siblings cry because they wore shoes on accident yet willing to take them off. The way supervisors treat their employees is HORRIBLE!!! Not only do they embarrass and degrade them in front of guests, they don't allow them to have any interactions with kids unless it is enforcing rules. Although Amit the owner is a wonderful guy, everyone else here is pure torturous hell. Amit, please get rid of your bad employees

Law suit waiting to happen - Management, some kid in charge, could not have been more rude or disinterested - Can't imagine that it would ever past any inspection - the place is dirty - I am sure it's a haven for rats- Supervisor couldn't even tell me what time they closed. We arrived early, right when they opened, and basically had our run of the place. From what I've been told, this is the best thing to do if you have small(er) children as when the crowds pick up and the older kids file in... it can get rather crazy.
The facility is LARGE and they have lots of different trampoline options to choose from. Additionally, they have bounce houses and some video games as well.
You pay by the hour and the time goes by pretty quickly! However

This is the worst experience with my kids . I lost $20 in a kiosk machine today. I put my money in but I never received any card for the arcades games. I spoke with people that work here at xfactor trampoline to gave my money back but they says that is not their business. They suggest to call the customer service of A.H.Entertainers at 847-253-2070 since is they business. How it can be - it is one place , but they are 2 separate businesses ? This is my first, and last time coming to X-Factor.
The customer service is atrocious!
I'm here now, as I write this. I was just asked to leave my comfortable chair because I was in a "party area". There is no friggin' party. I was there because it's the only place to sit with comfy chairs. There are a few by the entrance where I am now, like 4 or 5 of them-all taken. This place is massive. 5 chairs for adults to wait for their kids?? I bought two hours jump time. I'm not about to sit in their cold metal cafe chairs for two hours.
