While travelling to visit family, my mom had an issue with the gasket around her windshield and was concerned. She called me; I searched and directed her to Certified Collision. Eric Nichols advised her on how to remedy the issue and did not take advantage of her situation by trying to charge her for something unnecessary. I greatly appreciate his integrity.

The auto and Glass work done on my vehicle was outstanding and couldn't ask for a better job but the customer service that I received was storybook horrible was storybook horrible and could have been better so much better then to top it off I spoke with the owner operator of this establishment and he assured me I would not occur out of pocket expense with my rental car but I did not knowing all the facts of the rental agreement was what caused this inconvenience and it was a very expensive inconvenience. If the owner had not reassured me I would not occur cost out of pocket I would feel better

I was told 2.5 hours for a windshield replacement. They had the windshield the day before my 10am appointment. I came in at 12:38 pm to check/pick up my vehicle and was told that"there was a problem" and it would be an hour more. I never received a phone call and I had to call back after an hour and 45 minutes to check again. I was told it still wasn't done. Once I told them I had to have my truck and I would come get it either way, miraculously it was done!!!!???? Never again, customer service is dead apparently and a 1 minute courtesy call is just to much to do.
