I take care of your books for you, so you can get back to the job of running your business and generating profits! These tasks form the solid foundation of your small business accounting system. You can customize the package of services you receive by adding payroll, tax planning, or tax preparation.
Details matter when it comes to law firms. We are aware that law firms and attorneys have unique accounting requirements. I currently provide accounting, payroll and tax services to several local law firms. I am educated in Trust Accounting and am proficient at setting up an accounting system that accurately tracks case expenses and IOLTA account balances.
Working with Real Estate Agents and Home Inspectors has become our niche in the Tri-City area. We currently provide accounting, payroll and tax services to many Real Estate Agents and Home Inspectors who have decided that it is quite valuable to have someone handle their monthly financial transactions.
When it comes to paying employees, laws and the IRS have made the payroll function a time consuming nightmare for the small business owner. Small business owners spend an average of eight hours a month performing payroll functions. That's 12 full days a year that could be spent generating sales, prospecting new business opportunities, improving products or services, or servicing customers.
Tax preparation is available only to clients who are year round clients of Sutton Accounting & Tax Services. If I handle your payroll or bookkeeping throughout the year, corporate and individual tax preparation services are available to you. Preparing your own income tax return can be a task that leaves you with more questions than answers.

When my previous bookkeeper of 15 years retired, I had to find a bookkeeper I could trust and was very fortunate to find Dakri. After the first meeting, I saw how professional and experieced she was and knew I could trust her as a small business owner.
