My company did business with this company for years. The customer service was great, in fact, I brought a cake in for my reps birthday. The products were done, for the most part on time. Keep in mind I put in many different designs for many different items. Organic shopping bags, tees, hoodies, jackets...all done expertly. It helps if you know the process, ask questions. They'll be answered!

About a month ago my husband and I went to Graphic Ink to have things made for his company t-shirts, sweatshirts,business cards ,and a PDF file. My husband emailed a copy of the logo to the receptionist Kristin the day we went in, the only changes that needed to be made to the logo were the colors because my husband wanted grey and black shirts/sweatshirts. Before leaving we were told it would be about seven to ten business days and we would have t-shirts. It took 3 emails and a few phone calls over a couple days before anyone called back to let us know what was going on and at this point it was
