Nice Campground with nice size lots for parking. We never did see the owners or mangers of the property. We arrived before 3pm and the office was closed, my wife signed us in and we parked our camper. I thought it was weird that no one came to greet us the day we arrived or the next morning when we left.

I can’t say enough good things about this campground and it’s owners. My family and I arrived at the campground and before we could even unhook, our dog locked our baby in the truck and once the owners found out what was going on, they jumped into action to help us break into the truck so we could get our dogs and baby out. It was quite the way to start out our trip but the compassion and friendliness of the owners and the other campers there made the stressful situation much better. The owner even kept the pool open later than normal for our four year old to take a dip after our ordeal. The

Walt's is a nice campground with personal service!! We've been to a lot of campgrounds all over the US and never found the owners to be so nice and friendly. It's only been open since June 2018 so the facility is very nice and new. The owner made sure we were all set before going to the office to pay. They even drop off firewood to the site for a small fee. The roads are mostly gravel but the sites are level. We will definitely be back if we're in the area. Very close to town for groceries, restaurants, shopping and the lake!

Without a doubt, this is one of our favorite campgrounds we have been to, and we've been to a fair amount. It's more like a quiet resort with the pool, the immaculate facilities, and friendly owners. Almost don't want to post this review because it's sort of like a secret spot. Would LOVE to stay here again, without question.

Superior in every way, this park was a true gem and provided us with a great experience. Resort amenities in a woodsy campground environment, ample space between sites with plenty of maneuver room for the biggest rigs, and a fantastic location for world-class bike riding, fishing, and north country sightseeing. The park is new and the interior is open, which was a major plus for a fulltimer with a satellite dish. Kory and DeAnna run the place more like innkeepers than owners, and show a genuine interest in your satisfaction.
