Extremely UNCARING! I phoned for an appointment and was asked "DO YOU WANT MEDICINE OR JUST SOMEONE TO TALK TO?" I said I would like to make an appointment with a therapist, the woman's reply was to tell me that there are no appointments for "many months" and if I want to leave my name and number, Dr. Steven Woods will call me back "if he wants to but there is no guarantee". What the hell is this???? People call you in need and you treat them like trash. This woman should be fired! Call them up and this woman will respond the same way. I actually called
