Prior to operating under new ownership, the business had been open since 1995. 1) Be aware, if you communicate via email with them their receptionists can read ALL EMAILS you send to your cpa you choose there.This I feel is a violation of privacy. Not to mention, one of the receptionists blocked my email and I was a current paying client at the time.
2) The cpa's there don't like it if you ask too many questions. For instance, simple questions like, trying to make sure they didn't forget to put certain things on the tax form. They get all uptight and say you're asking too many questions. My response to this: you're the client, this is YOUR taxes. They are the roadblock between

This business is a joke!! They made 3 mistakes on our taxes, and then filed them without my signature. First they told us we owed $1800. My husband then looked over their work and had to point out their mistake to them ( when I am paying someone to do my taxes my husband should not be showing them their mistakes). My husband wrote it off as it was a computer error and stayed there for our taxes. I told them i would be coming in after work to sign to authorize for them to file my taxes. I called prior to showing up to express my concerns that i felt our taxes were still wrong. I told them i wanted

Awful experience. Marie is like dealing with a wet mop. No people skills whatsoever. Refused to take the info I gave her for my small business, and told me I could only claim half of my proof of what was spent as if it were her decision. Just plain rude. Didn't smile the whole time. Run the other way and don't waste your time or money, they'll probably screw you out of it anyways.
