We signed a contract with this company to have our gutters finished, we just needed downspouts and one side of gutters on our house. They wanted 2400 which I thought was a bit steep, but since the house is fairly tall and on a hill it seemed fair enough because they could get it done quickly. The boss told us it would be finished in one day. The installer came out, didn't know what he was there to do and had to ask us. He then walked around our house shaking his head for about 10 minutes before leaving without saying anything. TWO HOURS later I had to call the boss to ask where the installer went

Gutter Logic was my third quote for new gutters and leaf guards. The other two companies were great. I pointed out my pain points, they pointed out some things I hadn't considered, told me how to fix problems, etc. Gutter Logic came out and they were worse than window salesmen. Had to talk about how they were different before they would even measure. Then after measuring they sit me down and walk me through a binder on what makes their company great, show me demonstration (complete with water) of why their leaf guard was better than others, etc. I told them I didn't have time for a demo, just show

I paid just under $1000 to have my gutter aliened and cleaned. I have the same puddling (GL sales promised this was a solution) on all corners, downspouts not secured and leaking between the house gutters still. I have called several times and get the runaround "install called but you did not answer" or "we will be out this week" never happened of course. I will have to take them to small claims. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

This company will quote you a crazy high price just to see if it sticks and then quickly back down to a lower price (less than half!). I sent the salesman away with no deal and got a text message two days later with an offer that was almost $200 less than the salesman's last offer, so I excepted because the salesman told me how much better these gutters are than everybody else's and how professional and quality their guys were, and that sounded good to me. Gutter Logic is a middle man that tries to get you to spend $10,000 on gutter guards. Don't waste your time or money dealing with them. They moved my original install date once because "other jobs took longer than expected." There was confusion about the new date, and even after that was settled they didn't even show up on that date. They did not notify me ahead of time either. Apology after apology, 4 weeks after my original install date on the agreement, my gutters were installed by a third party. I paid a premium, I thought it was because I was dealing with a great company

I called several businesses to see if they were interested in replacing about 20 feet of gutter and a downspout that had a junction from a higher spout. One never returned my call and the other two were not interested in doing it, unless they did the whole house. I called Gutter Logic, they had a guy out within two days, and we scheduled the work for two days after that. No one is ever that fast, but they were. I had an appointment for 11 am this morning. It is now 11:30. I had to call at 11:15 to find out where the person was. Finally, at 11:25, I get a call from the call center to say the person was en route to my house & would be here around 11:40 or so. This is totally unacceptable to be this disrespectful of a potential customer's time. Imagine if I had hired them!! Yikes!!! We had Gutter Logic come out and do an estimate on our house and we were very happy with the service we received! Kevin Egan was the representative and was very kind,professional and understanding of our needs . He also was really quick about getting a date set for the installer to come out and get working. He showed us their gutter guard and how it compares to the other products on the market. Their guard is very solid and I feel great about my purchase!
