Beth has been an office manager for us for several years, but she has worked in the dental field for over thirty. Those thirty years includes a number of continuing education courses, which makes Beth one of the most knowledgeable people in the office. She makes it a point to maximize every patient's experience here, and she's very good at it.
Dr. Johnson graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor's degree in Biology. He always enjoyed helping people, and his father was a dentist, so it only seemed natural to pursue a career in dentistry himself. After earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri in Kansas City, Dr. Johnson entered private practice, where he has served the Albuquerque community for over three decades.

Entire staff including front desk personnel are extremely friendly and knowledgeable in their own positions. Dr. Johnson is professional and extremely competent as a dentist and always looking out for and taking care of those that are under his care. As a family we thoroughly enjoy going there and never have to worry about the quality of care and the genuine family atmosphere.

I've been going to Dr. Johnson's for about 7 to 8 years now and it's always been a great experience. The staff are always so friendly and kind, including Dr. Johnson himself. You can tell that he enjoys his work by the way he treats all of his staff and patients. I would definitely recommend this for anybody who wants their dental experience to be a great one!

I was told to go there by a friend of mine (who also goes) and I'm glad I listened! The staff up front was very friendly, nice, and made me smile. They took the time to answer my questions about the new patient paperwork.
The dental hygienist I had was amazing! She was very friendly, listed to all questions and concerns I had and took the time to answer all of them in depth. I went for a routine checkup and cleaning. As for the actual cleaning, she was very gentle and stopped anytime there was sensitivity with my teeth. When asked about whitening my teeth, she told me the risks (increased sensitivity

Everyone at the office is so nice. I love the fact that you don’t have a wait. The young lady that cleaned my teeth was very professional, kind and gentle. She did a great job. I highly recommend Dr Mark Johnson for all your dental needs. I have gone to him for years and no matter what the problem I've ever had, he has been exceptional at fixing my issues. I love his hygienist too. They are all very professional including Beth their receptionist. If you want a local dentist, Mark Johnson is the place to go!

I've been coming to Dr Johnson since 1987. Even after moving further north I still come into town as I highly enjoy Dr Johnson and his staff. They always try to make you feel at ease and answer any questions I have regarding my dental care. The lobby area is clean, but a little small though I've never seen it full. The office is located in a strip mall and maybe hard to find, but there is plenty of parking to choose from. Just watch out for some pot holes. As long as Dr Johnson is around I will be coming back.

Went in for an afternoon visit today. Arrived early, filled out some paperwork, the usual routine.
The staff at the front desk were friendly and businesslike.
I did have a bit of a wait for the dentist, but once in, everyone went out of their way to apologize to me. This I appreciated. Dr. Johnson came in, introduced himself and immediately made me feel at ease. He comes off as genuine and he seemed both interested in taking care of my mouth and hearing from me about any issues.
I gave him some x-rays I'd taken at another spot, but since they were copies, he couldn't make much sense
