For this reason, we tailor a specific plan of action to meet your needs, goals and unique condition. Upon your initial examination, we will discuss with you our findings and what they mean. We will create a custom treatment plan to get you to where you want to be, whether that means less pain, better performance, or just better overall health.

One moment everything may seem fine, when suddenly you're involved in a serious collision. Most people have one thing on their mind after a car accident their car! However, it's important to remember that you and your injuries come first. A visit to a chiropractor should always follow an auto injury, as chiropractors are specialists in damage to soft and hard tissue.
Chiropractors are professionals who uncover underlying issues in personal injury accidents. Whether using a single spinal adjustment or a series of treatment, visiting a chiropractor is one of the best options to start the healing process. If you find yourself in a personal injury accident, schedule a consultation with a chiropractor, as you may have underlying issues that we can help diagnose and treat.
Professional athletes are constantly reaching new heights in their professional careers. With each passing year, new records are shattered and the human body is pushed to its limits. Competitors train rigorously and take their diets to a new level every day. Yet despite the conscientious care and precautions that athletes follow, most experience musculoskeletal injuries at one time or another.
While many massage techniques induce relaxation with soothing and gentle kneading, deep tissue massage involves more intense muscle manipulation. Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. Additionally, this type of massage reduces stress hormone levels and heart rate while boosting mood and relaxation by triggering the release of oxytocin and serotonin.

Dr Leon is the absolute best! I had the worst pain in my arms from carpal tunnel and he fixed me within a few sessions. I couldn't even pick up a plate! I go to him for everything now! I also get massages whenever I have time 😍

I had shoulder and back pain on and off. I also had right knee replaced on 2017. For all of my above issues, physical therapy helped but only to a point. I was very frustrated - then a friend of mine recommended Dr. Carlo Leon ti me about a couple of months ago. I am happy to say that my condition in all 3 (shoulder, back and knee) has been tremendously better after I had been treated by Dr. Carlo. Dr. Carlo is a good listener and easy to talk to - more importantly very good at what he does. I would highly recommend Dr. Carlo to anyone having joint pain or back pain issues.
