I've had nothing but positive experiences with this insurance office. My insurance agent is Mayra Zavala and she is phenomenal. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, up to date on current policies, and always reachable (very important to me). Mayra helped me insure my small business and made it so easy. If you're not currently working with an agent then I highly recommend that you give her a call- she'll take care of you.

We recently switched from AAA to State Farm and our experience has been phenomenal. I have been to other State Farm agencies and by far this agency has been amazing. Mayra met and exceeded my expectations. As a previous auto insurance expert, I have to commend the agency and representatives for providing us the coverages and peace of mind. Although I was in a time crunch to get our insurance switched over, Mayra was very patient and provided us with our insurance binder. I couldn't recommend this wonderful team more! I have both car and renters insurance from them and it is simply the best! They are highly responsive, friendly and have very competitive pricing. I've been a State Farm customer for over 22 years using Life, Auto, Home, and Renters insurance. I moved to Irvine, California in 2015 and have needed quite a few insurance services/products to match this major life change. It's one of the best decision that I have made during this serious pandemic. My car's insurance was expired and I got the DMV notice last month. So I truly needed to get a new insurance ASAP. Mayra in this place helped me to get through all the files and process. And this helped me to catch the DMV deadline on time. Awesome service and reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Darla has been exceptionally helpful!!! We live in Michigan and our elderly father lives in So California. She is helpful to us both in making sure bills are paid on time, documentation is complete, etc! What a reassuring feeling since we live so far away! Darla is extremely kind, professional and caring!
