The Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Pavilion opened in 1997 as part of the Central California Ear Nose and Throat Medical Group. While we benefit from a strong working relationship with our parent group, it is important to note that we are experienced plastic surgeons in Fresno, California who, supported by a wonderful team, are exclusively dedicated to the care and well being of plastic surgery patients.

With 26 years of surgical experience, Dr. Askren is completely dedicated to the art of plastic surgery. He finds the artistic challenge most rewarding, and strives to provide naturally beautiful results to all of his patients. Dr. Askren delivers a fair presentation of both surgical and non-surgical options for management of aesthetic concerns, so patients are able to make an informed decision that best suits their ultimate objective.
Dr. Zuniga began his surgical career in 1987 and is committed to providing his patients with natural appearing results that will surpass their expectations. His philosophy is to first listen to the patient to understand and appreciate their concerns and then provide a customized treatment plan that is both state of the art and realistic.
Marji Friday is an RN with over 25 years experience in nursing. She has 17 years as an operating room nurse with experience in multiple specialties including Plastic Surgery. Her experience also includes being the surgery co-coordinator of a small surgery center that utilized several types of Aesthetic lasers.
This specialty specific center caters to the needs of the otolaryngologists and aesthetic plastic surgeons associated with Central California ENT Medical Group and the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Pavilion. Our unique atmosphere is designed for patient comfort and quality care. Our professional staff is dedicated to the needs of our patients and their families.
